87 4runner 3000 rpm
Guys im running 4 runner around 65 mph and 3000 rpm
the tires are 30.6 inch ,overdrive is working and reading its .71 so doing calculator it says rear axle is 540 or so just dont think this is right.

How are you measuring the mph? Your speedometer and tach know nothing about your tire size or rear-end ratio. They are calibrated assuming a certain tire size and gear ratio, which may or may not be what you currently have in your vehicle. Unless you've measured speed with a GPS or some other external method, you have no way of knowing how fast you are actually going.
