63" Chevy Spring Sag?

I installed chevys on my 87 runner and it was perfectly level with the BJ spacers I installed in the front. After several months and a few trips wheelin' now the rear seems to have sagged a bit and my shocks are now almost bottomed out and sitting on the built in bumpstop that is on the shock rod. I measured compressed and extended lengths before I ordered the shocks and they used to fit great. They are mounted in the stock upper location but the bottom location was moved up onto the spring plate from the u-bolt flip kit. I now have very limited uptravel and the ride on the road is a bit harsh since the shocks bottom out when hitting a bump. These springs are from a 1/2 ton pickup has anyone elses 63" chevys sagged on them?
