22re fuel milage question

I had been getting about 17mpg doing about 70% City and 30% Freeway driving. After properly adjusting my TPS and getting a new o2 sensor, it went up around 22mpg. Other things that can help is proper tire pressure and keeping your tranny and diff fluids fresh.
