The heads are already aluminum, LCE has a performance valve kit with lightweight valves, stiffer springs, keepers, retainers, and seals to prevent the valve float that tends to happen near redline. A little digging got me to http://www.coltcams.com/, who apparently used to do the cam work for Sea2Sky.
Hope that helps, and I hope you don't think we're discouraging you in your project when we tell you we don't think you need some items. This just isn't territory that I've personally been in, I'm a Ford FE engine guy.
