Broken wire sounds about right. So far, you know its not the switches (you replaced them both?) relay, or window motors.

yeah I pretty much replaced everything I just cant get power out of the relay to the switches. I was told that I could bypass the relay which I am going to try tomorrow. I have checked the ground wire its good, but the blue wire w/ the red stripe does not get power out of the relay??? I have two relays and have tried them both... Anyone got any ideas on how to bypass the relay or know whats wrong with it???? the motors are good and the switches should be also

nah I wanna keep power everything. I cant roll down my windows... but I have been able to teach myself how to use my multimeter to check for continuity and voltage. And how to take my 4runner apart without breaking parts I will be keeping it around for a while. And not to mention all the new tools I've got ... Yaay new tools
