rear springs up front?

i have a 4 in. lift 33x12.5 tires and am (ofcourse) getting fender rub on my 84 4runner. i have a set of extra stock rear springs that i have heard will move your front axle forward an inch or so. any advice?

i belive it does but i would suggest to relokate the spring hangers and just move the axle up about 3 in.

You move the axle forward 2inches, because the front half of the springs are only 20.5 inches long instead of the stock front 22.5 inches. You need hysteer, and Extra leaves to let the springs hold up the engine weight, etc.

and i think d.s. extension is needed.

I have 4in. of lift with 37s and get fender rub too

You might have to build a 'bastard' pack, you might not. Depends on how worn the springs are.

Bolt them in and see.

Add more leaves, I went from 5 to 6 and finally 7 in my front pack. And to stop bottoming out the shackle, make it longer, I went 2" longer on mine:
