nice your putting speakers in the door too thats cool i thought about doing that but then i decided i want my doors to be easily removeable

yup, 5" Denon's. I'm actually building half doors right now as well.

another update.
Been working on the inside again today.


Head liner was a pain. Had to Dye it, since it was white/cream colored.

Also had to dye the door panels.

looks nice man, are you doing a wood flatbed?

i was thinking about tearing out my carpet and buying some replacement carpet. are there any places that sell carpet for the '84 extended cab?

The bed is going to be all steel...

and I think JC Whitney sells carpet, but I could be mistaken

hmmm, i found a couple places but i kinda like the idea of using bed liner instead of carpet. it will serve 2 purposes: looks and sound deadiner...like killing two birds with one stone! plus it'll be easy to clean, just get it wet and vacuum all the dirt/rocks/water with the 'ol wet/dry vac!

true, I actually did the entire inside of my cab with bedliner while it was off the frame..
