first off
you did not overfill the motor with oil did you
this would cause it not to start
this would only work if you filled the oil all the way to they top
Second Fuel Pump
Take the line off the carb and turn the motor over
see if gass is coming out
if it is then you need to adjust the mixture on the carb
i turn it all the way in then 3 turns out

Didn't overfill with oil. It wasn't pumping gas to the carb I took the gas tank down today and blew compressed air through the lines and they aren't blocked I'm gonna clean out the tank and ill see what I get out of that

you didnt hydro lock the engine with dumping gas down the carb; it can happen.... pull the plugs out and try to rotate the engine over...
if you still cant turn it over
pull the oil pan off get plastic gauge and the bearing caps and rod caps
you may not have enough clearence between the valves and the pistons and
just a few toughts for ya...

Lines on the bottom of the fuel pump where backwards luckily and dropped the oil pan the problem was in the number two rod cap. Bought anpother set of rod bearings and changed just that one and for some reason that fixed it all is good now
