85 Caliper Rebuild help

I have an 85 4x4 p/u that pulls very hard to the right while braking and have heard that it is most likely a caliper sticking. Should I rebuild the calipers? If so, what part numbers do I need? Or should I buy new calipers? I'm just stuck and not sure what route I should go...

Personally, I would replace both calipers minimal. Possibly pads, rotors, bearings and seals also.

Or do the V6 caliper/FJ60 rotor/1" master/dual diaghram mod...

Easily done in a few hours. It may be pulling one way due to one caliper not hardly grabbing at all. That's generally the case, so make sure you check them both.

I would recommend doing at least both front calipers. But that's just me...

Rok, I feel the same way, going to replace/rebuild both calipers but not sure which way would be the best option as of right now. Would a dealer manual have the size of the pistons? I know I can buy the pistons and seals at NAPA, but not sure about dust boots.

It usually ends up either cheaper or close to the same price-if you get all the parts and rebuild them yourself versus buying them new from the chain stores.

And if I rebuild it, there's no warranty. Lol
