Great job. Those extra cabs are very rare around here. Thanks for all the pictures. The dash cap was a topic on here not too long ago. It looks factory.

Also, can you give me some info on what you used for your windshield gasket?

Thanks!
About the Monstaliner, I first read about it on IH8MUD 80 series Tech forum, I then read every single thread I could find in the net. Lots of info in the Jeep Forums. 99% of what I read was positive and a few long term reviews with no fade in color. I decieded to roll it on due to the subtle texture that I saw in the photos as opposed to spraying it on.

The windshield was glued in and a universal trim, 20MM FLEXITRIM, was used to fill the gap. It was barely wide enough, I would go with something a bit wider if I were to do it again.

I installed a ladder rack to carry my canoe this weekend...

This stuff was easy to work with.
Resurrecting this thread a bit, I have a question regarding the ultra touch you used. Is that stuff self adhesive? This looks like a great alternative to all the other expensive sound material.

Thanks.

9,000 miles later

The UltraTouch radiant barrier has no adhesive. For the vertical surfaces I used a all purpose spray adhesive.
I am very happy with the end result for daily driving and the el cheapo sound system I installed sounds really good in the cab.

Monstaliner is also holding very well. It very easy to wash and does not attract dirt and grim like I thought it would.

I'm getting a solid 20MPG on my commute, and I probably could get more miles out of the tank but I am on the gas like a teenager most of the time.

I'm still driving with no steering stabilizer and original springs, but it drives fine like it is so that project can wait.

The fan blower suck balls and I am on the hunt for a better motor for the blower. Maybe a new motor will be better. Anybody with insight and advice on this would be appreciated.
