I do believe it is pass also from measuring the distance.

I now have another problem. I have been driving it back and forth to test it out and it's shaking like before. I went under neath to check for play and there is a notice amount of play on the flange by the TC.

What are some things I want to look for. I am going to retight the nut but I am not sure it is the case of the nut.

I also have a good amount of fluid leaking from the shifter dipping down the side down to the mount. I had open my fill hole for the TC and it was over filled because it was gushing out and I close the blot back quickly and just left it the same like that. Any thoughts?

Unstake the nut, tighten down to 90-130 ft.lbs. and re-stake the nut. If that takes out the play, that was it. If not, the output bearing needs to be replaced. Similar process as below:

And shaking/vibration is likely due to alignment or phasing, both are dead simple to check:

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm going out there to look at it for the safe peace of mind. Thanks.

probably has nothing to do with your vibration but it sounds like your transfer case is way overfilled.
the fluid in the transfer case should just barely run out of the fill plug with the truck sitting level. if it's gushing out when you remove the fill plug just let it run till it slows to a very small dribble. refit the plug and rock on.
may want to check the transmission fluid level also. I'm not sure if the Toyota's share fluid.
