7.5 carriers

so are the 2wd carriers all the same

I have a 80 supra with 7.5 ring gear carrier can i use 2wd carriers on the supra rear end? Or just the ring gear and center section?

2wd's are 8" .. but a different bolt pattern then the 4WD .

it'll only work on an IFS front , and then thats only with lots of work .

2WD what? Pickups? They aren't 8". They use the same 7.5" differential as in supras and IFS fronts. Meaning all the internal parts ARE interchangeable between all 3. Ring & Pinion, side gears/spider gears, carriers(not housings though if that's you mean by "carrier"). So yeah, you could use most of the parts from an IFS differential or a 2WD differential in a supra 7.5" axle.

sweet now i got a way to find a cheap 410 gear!
