whats the deal with ome springs ?

i don't get it ,they sell the same size springs for 86 to 95 pickups but at 89 toyota changes from 48 inch to 51.i orderd a set for a 87 and got 51s but the part number is the same from 86 to 95.they give you the option to grt 43 inch and 47.5. i ordered 47.5 and got 51s.part number suomcs019r is 51 inches by arc length ??????

the measurement should be from eye to eye, If you got the wrong thing call em up...

So what size springs correspond to what model trucks? I'm wondering this myself.

from eye to eye you meen from center bolt to the eye each way with the bend of the spring ?
