I install a set of pro comp add a leaf to my 89 2wd approximately 500 mi ago. The installation was easy with a gain of two full inches. The factory flat spring was left in to gain extra height ,but if I was to do it again the springs would be left out. The only reason for this is the truck has 3 tool boxes that puts most of the weight higher up, that causes the truck to roll in the curves more than most.
They where bought from Summit racing for the total price of 44.90 delivered. I have been happy with the springs and with Summit racing, and I am thinking about getting a set for my 4x4.
