This is not a product review, exactly. My Tacoma came with a variety of air flow mods, including the AEM intake. This is something I probably would not have chosen to install, but hey, it's there.

However, while performing a tune up I noticed some issues on the Intake. First the line to the fuel pressure regulator was loose at the intake pipe. Second, the bracket suspending the filter above the interior fender panel was broken, allowing the filter to rest on the body. I emailed AEM to ask about purchasing these parts and before I knew it they had shipped me every piece of hardware, grommet, and other fittings FOR FREE.

After installing the parts I noticed that the truck ran notably better, with a lot of oomph at higher RPMS.
