Hidden Falls Texas 7-10-10

Fun day. Thanks for showing me around Jason and whoever the hell was leading our little group at any point during the day. I think I wheeled some harder then I normally do out in Socal
The trail we blazed late in the evening was ridiculous. But I think we all made it out of that mess trouble free.

I don't know the name of some of the trails so I'm just posting junk..

Wildcat stairway

Approach

He got denied, tried the bypass but got denied on that as well.

The F toy gave it a shot but got denied as well

Towards the middle of the day we were on the trail NO NAME.
I ended up having to get tugged once due to my tires being too wet and getting no traction...

We finally stopped at this obstacle where Scott ended up having to winch up. Bad line I think

Jason on the same obstacle. Better line and shorter wheel base helped him and myself up this obstacle with more ease then Scott. Kiss my IFS

My bumper DEFF got used. Saved the tail lights. The crack you see was already there..

Somewhere near the end of royal gorge Kevin made this ledge look easy.

Scott and Vince

We then took a night run that started at the west side of the park.. cant remember that trails name

The sun falling on us..

Robert..

Kevin..

After the big long river bed on the west side of the park we went and did "midnight run"
At the end of that we took a wrong turn into a trail we thought was a different trail that deff pushed a couple of our vehicles. I don't think its on the map.. Had a couple scary parts but overall was very fun.

That was about it..

LMAO, cant forget this...
Sometime before lunch Jason pulled a fast one. I think he said he wanted to do a tire rotation..

Carnage..
Rear Drive shaft busted in two, the rear links on the Ftoy got bent, someone broke a birfield, Kevins E fan siezed up from all the water and mud and as he was removing it he poked a hole in the radiator. Both fan and radiator got fixed. Jasons alternator went out. umm I think thats about all I know about.. Other then some minimal body damage here and there my junk did just fine

I'm about to go to longer shocks too. You can see me 3wheel in in that video for just a sec.. The 10" 5150's are for sure limiting droop.
a 12" 7100 short body will fit nicely in there

Here's one of the only other action pictures I can find so far.

I was visiting family in Austin. Set up a run with the TX chapter while I was there.
