The easiest way to mount one of these... pieces of an old ATV rack and a couple dollars in new hardware.
It's just drilled straight through the top with nylon lock nuts and flat washers on the inside. The bolts are S.S. carriage bolts that lock themselves in the wing's holes perfectly!
