The very FIRST FACTORY BUILT TOYOTA 4X4 PICK-UP SOLD IN THE U.S.A. (Possibly North America). I ordered it in 1978 and got it late 78/early 79 after they mounted the bed at the Port of Long Beach (my hometown). 1979 SR5 4x4 Pick-Up Longbed.
