This is how it looks now. Before there was another section that ran it down lower close to the headlight. The silicon connectors are cheap and not sized properly so this is a shirt fix.

This is how it looks now after I removed a section of the pipe. The silicon connectors are a little to big and the clamps are cheap.

Started to scrub down all the misc components and hoses. I would like to use some rust solvent on the metal parts and shine up the plastic but maybe another time. For now it's dawn dish soap and then sitting in the sun to dry. I was worried about contamination in the intake track that could get sucked into the motor so this seemed like a logical steep.

Back to stock. It took a little time to figure out all the lines but wasn't to bad.

I don't know if this was creative or dumb but it's definitely held it on and it's not leaking.

You can see the test pipe in place of the cat here.

EGR temp sensor has been by passed but the old owner put connectors on each side with one male and one female connector per side.

Resister on the ECU side. I removed the resister and hooked every thing back up so hopefully the EGR is not faulty.

And this was creative. I don't know if I should shake my head at some one or shake thier hand because it's not leaking.

Here you can see the TB bolt. I will try to get a picture of the top of the bolt.

Not a good picture but you can see the spacer zip tied in place.

I lifted the truck by the frame and was able to just pull them out by hand. Super dangerous IMOP

Removed. Now on to the fronts TBs. LCE had the TB bolt kits for just over $20

Took about a hour but we got both of them out.

I need to raise the front TBs a little to level her out but a big improvement in ride from the maxed out bars

Updated picture. I need to raise the front TBs a little more to level her but they are much lower then before. She rides a lot smoother and is no longer pulling as hard to one side.

Checked the #2 cylinder and it pulled 155 psi cold with the passenger side plugs still installed

So checked compression on the drivers side with the passenger side plugs in. Cylinder #2 150psi, Cylinder #4 152psi, Cylinder #6 143psi. I will re test with all the plugs and upper intake manifold off but that's not horrible with 240,000 miles IMOP

Putting 15psi of pressure on the cooling system. After a few minuets I noticed it dropped about a pound

The good news is I found a slight leak near the drivers side rear valve cover at the little T fitting. Tonight I will get it fixed and try to pressurize it again.

It's hard to say if this failed during the intake removal or not but the gasket was still in place on the lower and has two cracks.

Here you can see both cracks.
