Hello to the new! This new machine has a 36" throat compared to the old one being 18" so making door panels is a dream compared to before!

Hello to the new! This new Baileigh machine has a 36" throat compared to the old ones being 18" It larger size make doing door panels a dream compared to the old machine. Also this new machine has a variable speed foot pedal/forward and reverse, and the motor is practically silent, i love thjs thi g!

Heres a customers door panel I did on the new machine. Its not finished yet, it will have his logo in the center circle.

These were the first door panels i did, you can see the two deadend lines in the middle , they were suposed to make 90* turns and meet in the middle (like on the original panels, but my old machine was too small to finish the design)

I think i like the full length door panels better. This design was a collaboration with a customer, the center will have a navy crossing cannons design with 9mm shell casing inset and spaced symmetrically around the outside of the circle (his idea).
