Simplified "firecracker fish". Tasty with just shiracha sauce and soy sauce and olive oil so less likely to stick. Portable stoves like this are not recommended neyond fair-weather picnics. Iso-butane or even propane tank loses pressure, gets cold and loses pressure even more as you cook. OK for Barbie and Ken picnic.
