hey guy's new here. problem with 89 3.0 333k's. truck starts fine all the time. when cold starts great runs great at steady throttle. but when starting off when cold from a stop i get a stumble like its not getting or taking its fuel, when warm no more probs. any insight wanted.

wow, same prob! i posted a thread with no luck. but when i investigated the prob i found out that my intake tube was cracked right at the throttle body. look and see if urs is too. also check the connection of the plug that goes into the mass air flow sensor!

There is a multitude of things that could cause this problem. Kinda like catching a ghost with a net. You really could save time and money in the long run by taking it to dealer. I know from experience. Try this to check MAF. Pry that black plastic window off the MAF and see if any of those little prongs are broken or bent touching the other prongs.
