I ordered a rebuilt 22RE from him today with oversized valves, performance cam, and a steel timing chain tensioner. Been considering it (and stashing cash for it) for quite awhile, and finally took the plunge. Seems professional, I'll let you guys know how it goes.

Kinda figured their low price would somehow find a way to creep up. But if they are good engines, still a decent price. Thanks for the info.

how would you ship an engine? Wouldn't that be really costly?

they sent mine strapped to a pallet. all i had to is strap the old one onto the same pallet, and take it back to the shipper's place. i think it was $120 to ship one way
