I spent the day at the local pick n pull grabbing some parts to swap into my 2LT pickup

I came across an 87 4Runner - grabbed the Rad- - I was interested in the fan that was on it - no fan shroud - but the fan had a ring around the fan tips - like some turbine fans I have seen

Was this stock? after market ? Anyone know what I am speaking of?

is good?

I grabbed it of course in case it was a find and a good thing to have - half price day at the pick n pull
