Need some help with 3.0L V6

I have 2 4runners both have 3.0L V6 in them...my 92 runner the bottom end went in it..this has an auto tranny...this is the one I want to drive. the other runner is a 91 but it is a 5 speed and want to take this motor out and put it in the 92....was woundering if there woud be a problem on doing this....like any little thing I should know about this to make it work..
I need to get this back on the road soon......thanks guys.

You'll be just fine, the motors are exactly the same. Just swap the motors, and use the same harness.

So you say it should go right in with no prob ?
I thought of using the 5spd tranny...but that would be to much work to change everything over with the little time I have to get tis done.

I am by no means an expert, but if you start thinking of swapping trannies I believe you will start running into some sensor, wiring, ECM issues.

Basically, you have to keep the ECM, sensors and wires with the tranny they currently exist with.

So, if you put the 3.0 5SPD in the truck you want to drive, be prepared to do more than just bolt it right in.

He will be replacing the auto harness onto the donor vehicle. He should not have any sensor problems only if he for some reason doesnt switch harnesses he'll be fine.
