bucking/miss in 3ltr 91 4wd p/u

hi guys
i`m looking at a 91 4wd 3ltr v6 pickup. it has a pretty good bucking/miss at low rpms while in gear. if you downshift and the rpms go above 2700 it will almost go away completly. the whole truck was shaking like crazy at 2k in 5th which kind of worried me. the engine sounds great tho.he tells me after about 10 miles of highway driveing, this problem goes away completly until you let it get cold again. is this a common problem? any suggestions? maybe a vacume leak? thanks
Jon

I just changed my 91 3.0 distributor cap after I found several small cracks in it-- it made mine buck up bad around 2500 rpm, of course I was losing 2 cylinders because of all the cracks-- cleared up immediately

Maybe your cold start injector since it's linked to being cold....or a temp sensor.
