I just pulled the 22re from my 91 pickup. Lots of miles, makes a noise like it's got piston slap (hence the new motor being installed). I was driving it 500 miles per week, though, and it was strong and dependable, no smoke, no oil loss. It's complete less the starter, alternator, and power steering pump.
The local bone yard offered me $100, but I'm thinking it's worth more than that... Anyone?
