ended up ordering the osram silverstar from powerbulbs.com they are bighter than the sylvania osram silverstar. the osram version is for european mkt, and much cheaper than here. i paid $26 for pair delivered.

 

are they supposed to be hard to find? My dealer has at least 4 of them and another across town has 8

 

You can find them on the lot here at all the dealers. I think they are still getting full retail for them, but they certainly are on the lot up for grabs.

 

Most places are getting MSRP on them.
I was told if I backed out of mine at the last minute, no worries.

As I was signing the papers the weekend it was to land, the guy told me the other salesmen out in the lobby were watching me to see if I would go through with it.
If not, they each had about 20 buyers on hold for my rig.

My dealer only had a black one in yesterday when I went in for the first oil change.

 

I was just over at Burt Toyota here in Denver and they had two ready to buy. (yellow and silver)
I did however forgot to check the sticker and see what they are going for here.

 

Not hard to find here in NYC metro area.

 

The Yotaship down the street has 15 for sale on the lot. Didn't ask if they were dealing yet or not though, jus' lookin'.

Funny thing I drove to a park to relax yesterday since the server here was down, and I had a black FJ tailgating me the last few blocks there
I think he was trying to figure out how my CB antenna was mounted.

I turned into the park, he kept going, but he waved.
