'97 T100 5vz 3.4 for sale. $500

Price lowered to $499.

I'm selling a '97 T100 5vz 3.4 I got at an auto dismantler about 3 years ago. Engine has spent the last 2 years outside on an engine stand covered with only a tarp. As far as I know, this is still a good engine! I wanted to swap it into my truck, but never got around to it. And I don't have the expertise to do it. Auto dismantler said it had 50k miles on it. It is from a 2wd T100 (no need to drill engine to relocate dipstick), and the oil pan does not need to be swapped for the conversion (I thinK). It is from an auto transmission truck though. Wiring harness included. I have the auto ECU that goes along with it too. Located in southern california.

$499.

From my understanding, it's not that it won't work; but it's that you'll have to source a manual ECU and harness for it. The actual engine itself will most likely work.

The engine from the 97 T100 should work. Check to see if there is a dipstick plug by the drivers side engine mount and if the crankshaft has a spot for the pilot bearing to fit in. Pending it has these it should work in a manual vehicle.

If you are offering to buy the auto ecu and auto harness for $350, then yes, I will sell them to you.

$350 is what I charge to make the 3.4 conversion harness. That is my signature not a offer. I am looking for a 2wd harness and ecu for a 3.4 twin turbo project.
