Leaking Coolant

Leaking Coolant
Hey guys, i already searched this and i couldnt find whats wrong with this...
I pulled up to my house tonight and i was outside for no longer then 5 minutes when i heard a hard leaking sound. I look to see what it was and coolant was everywhere. It was just a big puddle of anti-freeze and i popped the hood and found that my collant container was filled all the way to the brim with merky coolant.
I want to get this figured out tonight before i drive again, the car was hotter then normal as well.
Any help is great, thanks...
