Question IF I were to go to the junkyard for 82-95 trucks, what is the hot parts?

Like the title says, what would be the hot parts besides turbo parts? I have been collecting Toyota truck parts for awhile now and my local u-pull-it yard gets 82-95 Toy trucks. I was just curious if anyone else does this.

I have had trouble finding a good ignitor for my 83
i needed and could not find a servicable cpu for the 90 runner or
tail lights in good condition
window motors
switches

Those are tha things i have looked for lately. Anything that costs an arm and a leg at the dealership or doesnt have an aftermarket equiv, is what i would snag for the rainy day

asin front hubs.

82-84 are solid front axles. so those would be wanted. as sell as the 4cyl Tcase.

a 5 speed out of a 22reT are like gold.

V6 thirds, 4.56 and up

it seems like grey interior parts from trucks and 2nd gen 4rnr are hot parts.

low mile 3vze that ran (fine)when pulled are often in demand around the board

Their is a bunch of Aisan hubs at our yard but they want $35 a hub! I'am just curious to know what is exactly hot if you know what I mean.

$35 a hub is not bad, now solid axle guys can use the easier to find IFS hubs since bobby long makes a 30 spline hi strength hub gear that can be used with either type of hub(although in the end it needs to go on a straight axle)

front axles from the straight axle trucks seem to be going up in value...used to be you could pick them up for $100 loaded, now i'm seeing them go for $300-$400?

the W56 tranny is pretty sought after as an upgrade to the G52 and L series in earlier trucks. '82-83 and '85-88(EFI) trucks will have a top shift transfer case, the most desirable type. 22RE engines seem to be hard to find(at least for me) in junkyards, most EFI trucks i've seen are complete except for the engine.

in the end, please be ethical, we've got a couple local parts businesses that gobble up old toyota truck parts and charge and arm and a leg for them.

Kyle, $35 a hub is expensive for a pull it yourself yard. I can't tell you how many W56 I have passed up in my yard. TONS! Straight axles? No problem, like 10 a year maybe. The 22re? Really? Now those up here are not rare.

Ethical? This thread wasn't about me going to the junkyard to see what you guys need, just wanted to know what the hot parts are. If someone here really needs something, I can work something out but I have to make something on it since I'am getting the part myself. I tried this on another board and everyone wanted me to get everything for what it cost me and ship it! Hey I don't mind helping out a member here. Heck if I got a part that is sitting around and that I'am not using, usually I get rid of it for cheap or free. Heck if I had more time, I would grab all these parts but I didn't think they would sell well.
