Bentup sliderz FJC part 1

Since I do not have the FJ Cruiser yet, but I have just about everything else for it here , I will make a separate thread when installing them on the sometime to be born FJC.

Bentups sliderz arrived today, the UPS man and his coworkers knew they were for a Toyota, but where not sure if they were running boards or what.
They did not really know the term sliderz, but I pointed my 4Runners sliderz out to the UPS man and said they were pretty much the same, made to protect the rig when off roading.

Please ignore the half eaten couch in the pics, it is ancient, and has had many cats attack it.
One day I will replace my couch with a new one.

Here are 3 shots for ya.

The packaging
Good gosh, I only got one unwrapped today, and I will do the other one another day.
Took me near 30 minutes standing it end upon end.
AJ really wrapped these good to protect the powder coating from getting chipped while in transit.

Look at that shine!
Even with my sweaty fingerprints all over them.

Another shot

Hopefully the hardware is packaged with the 2nd one.
Will try and open it up tomorrow.

These turned out really nice.
They are completely bolt-on, and utilize the stock holes in the 'Cruiser.

These are top notch looking, and the welds look very good!

You can see see here what they look like on the yellow FJ that AJ is working on.

I have been looking at these for awhile. They look like they stick out from the body a good bit rather than fitting real close. Almost to the point it could be used as a step rail. What are your thoughts, anyone?

Yep, they stick out even a little further than my Badland Bumpers brand of sliderz on my 4Runner.

I can use them as steps perfeclty for accessing the roof to wash or get to the rack.

Yes, they are the round ones.
Price is on www.bentup.com and the powder coating is around $100 extra.
Plus shipping will vary to your zip code.

I prefer these over the kickouts the All Pros have.
