k&n filter cleaning (pics)

so it has been a year and after the last wheeling trip and crossing in some deep puddles i decided to buy the filter recharge kit. maybe ill get a slight improvement in mpg!

lol...its summer so we dont use it often (grill) and i only used it for the pic!!
gotta clean em once a year! or when dirty!

i have a k&n fipk for my 22re i always let it dry for atleast 30mins and never had any problems

oh i see...for sure i am going to put it in before work in the am! it was a pain to get the oil to soak all the way through! used about half the can. i was worried about having to reclean it if i over oiled.
