What is the normal cause for ratcheting when the aisin hubs are in free wheel. what should I look for when I tear them apart again.

Ha.. broken parts!! That's what I found in mine when mine were ratcheting. Of course, mine were automatic, and I found that one of the torx screws fell out causing the damage and ractheting effect.

I just got them so its not like they have been working and stoped. I think the guy that rebuilt them didn't know what he was doing thought he screwed it up and sold them. So I think I should just rebuild them my self. But if something is broken where do i need to go to buy replacement?

I have a bunch of parts left over from rebuilding three hubs into two nice ones. Let me know what you need and I'll see if I have it. I live in SLO County, CA, near Pismo Beach.
