URD Supercharger available for 4.0 V6

Well Underdog Racing Development just unveiled a supercharger for the 4.0 V6 in the Tacoma. Here are some published dyno results (at the rear wheels obviously):

STOCK truck:

210 Horsepower
251 ft-lbs of torque

URD SUPERCHARGED truck

317 Horespower
325 ft-lbs of torque.

This just went from the 4.fast to the 4.ludicrious speed!!

Isn't 107 HP (roughly a 50% increase) supposed to be a theorhetical typical increase with a super charger or turbo charger?
