my downey headers i got last year (and just installed) (if you wondering the y-pipe and O2 sensor mount are identical also from what i can tell)

 

I paid 563.00 shipped & it has u-bolt clamps

yes they will fit an auto there are several steps for an auto.
I will see if I can get a freind to scan the instructions & i'll post them

Sorry for crapping on your thread man, BUT I am really glad you posted this.
I'm sure they're still nice headers, it's just Thorley told us they'd be different.

 

The main thing with the auto is you need to relocate the transfer case oil cooler because it is right where the pass-side header needs to run. You may also have to reroute the trans cable that runs to the throttle body.

 

This sounds like a pain in the ass. Is it?

 

I don't know, I was going to do it then I decided to swap in a 3.4 instead.
