1.25' aluminum spacer added 265/75/16's With Pic

This pic doesnt really do it justice, it actually looks pretty good, I was really happy with it. The stance looks much better.

I have to take the picture tomorrow at the correct angle and then put them side by side. I tried to use photoshop to equal them out but its not very good. And I inverted the right image thus they both have the same end of the antenna... and the COM is backwards MOC.

cheers

Is your 4runner two-tone? If so, can you post some pics from the side so we can see the whole truck. I've got a black and silver limited, and I really want to get a tjm, but I don't know how it would look having a completely black bumper with silver trim.

I agree 100% the alignment needs to be done.

And Finance is the place to be these days after all those enron/worldcom/anderson issues and now sarbanes oxley, they cant find enough people these days

by the way I got the spacers from:
http://www.trail-gear.com/wheelspacers.html

free shipping and all as well. Get the flip socket none of my air ratchet 21 mmsockets where thin enough to fit in the spacer holes.

HAHA man I feel a SMALL microcosm of your pain, just to use all my finanace systems at work I have 13 user names and passwords.

the funny thing is I cant use the same password for 24 changes! it must have a capital, a number, and a symbol, and minimum of 8 characters and what's worse they ALL change at different times.. first time in my life I actually have written down all my passwords and keep them in an encrypted doc file... haha so sad

sorry to get off tangent...

Small update, today I got up to about 50-55 and noticed some vibration, Im going to take her out on the highway to check it out.

If there is still vibration, any ideas how to iron it out? should I remount the spacers? because there is a few mm space all around between the hubcentric peice and the spacer when its on. The spacer bolts are probably not doing a solid job of centering it, also vibration in the steering wheel is only caused by the frotn 2 tires right? or could the rear 2 also be culprits?

you most likely need a new alignment. After any suspension lift, an alignment is necessary.

hey bro I was just replying to your PM; but I was expecting it to pull to the right or left, or uneven tread wear not vibration b/c of bad aligment.

If im not mistaking, bad alignment can also cause vibrations. I say try getting the alignment and if the vibrations still exist, check to see if the coils were seated properly...etc.
