Trailmaster 6" + 3.5" Fabtech coilovers

Hey guys i have been getting different answers, but i was wonder if i could use my 3.5" Fabtech coilovers with the 6" Trailmaster lift for a 2000 Tacoma. I now i cant adjust them higher but i was wondering if i took them down to stock height if i could use them in conjunction with the 6". Thanks for the help.

Yes, you can use them.

That's one of the pro's to the trialmaster kit, you can run aftermarket coil-overs with it. Ive seen quite a few people jacking the coilovers and getting like 9" of suspension lift. Kinda crazy if you ask me. The 6" suspension lift on the IFS feels tippy enough on steep trails.

If you were to buy the fabtech kit, you couldnt use your fabtech coilovers. (you'd have to buy some really long ones).

Also, if you go with the trialmaster kit, I'd definetly check out watrd.com for information on using gabreil struts to use as the 2nd hydraulic strut assembly which replaces the upper a-arm. The shafts are about twice the diameter and much beefier in general. I have them and have no problems.
