Tread design or tire size..power/gas culprit?
Will 32" mudders suck alot more power and mileage compared to 32" all terrains? or hardly noticeable? I have a 3.0with 4.56 gears 5 speed manual.

Depends on the make, but generally yes. Swampers will suck a bunch, where a high quality tire like a BFG mud wont suck as much, but its a little worse.
