Newbie saying Hello: Some pics of my '93

Hi everyone. I'm a long time Toyota fan. I've owned quite a few Toyotas including:

84 SR5 Runner
89 SR5 V6 Runner
another 84 SR5 Runner
85 and 87 2wd SR5 ext-cabs
86 SR5 4wd ext-cab
87 SR5 4wd ext-cab

My latest is a '93 DLX ext-cab 4x4 with 72,000 kms. So far I've added SR5 seats, centre console, map lights, red dash bulbs, alpine cd, Hella H4s, rear speakers, SR5 door pockets and handles.. with lots more planned. This board seems to be very friendly and I'm looking forward to talking Toys with everyone. Here are some piccs... cheers!

Very nice condition, where did you get the door pockets, I really want some. Looks like the arm rests would be nice to have with the little pockets. These DLX cabs have no place to put anything except the floor.
Are you planning a cruise control(stock steering wheel version or after makarket)? I wanna see what you do, looks like you would do a nice job on a truck like that.

Cheers. The door pockets and arm rests came from a 4-door 4Runner. They screw into the door card from behind - A simple, but useful upgrade. I would have simply switched the entire door card from the Runner, but they are shorter than the truck door cards. For the steering wheel, I'm planning on using the wheel from the Corolla GTS with no plans for cruise. Storage wise, the center console that I put in has been awesome.

You got that right - waaayyy better than the stock 60/40 bench. The SR5 seats took forever to find though.

Speaking of seats, does anyone know if buckets were ever installed from the factory in a reg cab. I want to swap mine over, but at 6'4'' I need at thin a seat as possible...

At first glance of the top picture, I thought it was a 4Runner, but then I looked at it harder and saw it was a canopy on it. GREAT looking truck.

hey crowley! Welcome to the board. nice to see a clean/dressed engine bay.
I just scored my SR5 buckets myself. Now all I have to find is the factory centre console... which console did you use?
What colour is she? It looks like charcoal but might also be that cool military green colour they had for a few years.
