Can any one give me some ideas on front a rear tube bumpers?

Custom made or aftermarket? Some members on here will make you one. It may be a little more than an aftermarket but they are built much better as well.

Is it a 4Runner? If it's a Tacoma, how about the all-pro package. Last I checked it was front and rear tube bumpers and sliders for $1200. good package deal.

check out cbi fabrications in idaho I got a bumper for the fornt of my PU and it was sick, I like it better than any bumper I have seen, its about $650 for the front bumper shipped
