I installed some micro de just last weekend. funny thing is that people doesn't seem to have a problem. I had to mutilate my bumper to have them fit, just to find out the bracket doesn't fit anywhere near it. I had a dreadful time (4hours) and gave in and installed it in the front by the skid plate.

The right kit for your vehicle (at least for an SR5) will include the Hella Micro DE's with the brackets, switch, relay, wiring, splices and wiring instructions. It's a no-brainer once you get the steering column cover off...

I'd bet good money those brackets won't fit your 4Runner.

I got these from burtman industries, they work great, just use the stock wiring instead of the included harness, thats what I did.

These do come with custom brackets to fit the stock holes on 99-02 runners.

I have the PP kit, which is supposed to OEM or very close. OEM was much more though. I think they costed me about $150 from PP and bolted right in. The switch in the cab is also like OEM.

Sorry but I don't have pics from the inside of the bumper.
