3rd Gen 4runner sunroof spoiler deflector
Up for sale is a brand new sunroof spoiler/deflector for 3rd gen 4runner. It is factory brand new parts, not after market. Asking $28 shipped

oh geez, i must drill into the roof? i take it installation is similar to the rear window spoiler? because when i got one of those, i looked at the directions, and said no thank you, and let the dealership put it on.
i take it this is somewhat similar?

You do not need to drill the roof at all. It comes with two hook that hook to the inner opening of the sunroof and screws itself tight against the roof. It should not take you more than 15 minutes to do it.
