fold down tire carrier

About a week ago or so someone posted a pic of a fold down tire carrier, but now I can't seem to find it. Anyone able to help me out?

Are you referring to a tire carrier that goes into the reciever and folds down? If so, I've got one and shiftless does too... I'll see if i cant dig up the thread

Hmm, thats not the one I was thinking. The bar that went across the upper part of the bumper would unlock and fold down.
