3.0 valve seat question?

Hey I pulled the heads off of my 3.0 due to a loud ticking/knocking from the topend and low compression on two cylinders and none on one of them. Well the one with no comp. is from the valve not closing all the way. My question is it looks like the valve seat is coming out and not letting the valve close. Do these motors have pressed in seats or has it been installed from a previous repair, and is this something that is repairable? Thanks.
