Lift Height Measurements?

I Know this must be covered somewhere, I have searched and searched and not found the answer.

I am looking to find out how much lift I have, sounds stupid but I want to get rear lift springs made and I would to get the best handle on my current lift height front and rear in order to spec in the new rears.

Is there an agreement on stock wheel center to top of the fender measurements or some better measurement that I can use to figure this out. If only I had measured before hand. I have a '93 4runner 4wd that came with 31" wheels stock.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can look into all the lc coil threads. People were measuring before and after but it may be hard to get a consistent answer because of sag and cranked t-bars.
