Signal Lights not working

My signal lights stopped working....when you click down, nothing. Interesting enough, the flashers work. I have checked all the lights and they appear to be working.

Suggestions? Thanks.

This truck is new to me...and I am bleeding; I have replaced Brakes, Timing Belt, Belts, Water Pump, all the fluids, and repaired a couple of big rust holes...and now this...

May be a simple fix. Have you tried replacing the bulbs? You might want to get a new bulb (if you haven't already) and try one side at a time. I have had similar problems, only finding out later it was just a bulb.

what truck is it/generation?

on my 3rd gen 4runner if a bulb is out, the blinkers flash rapidly, also, if the emer. flash button is not connected correctly, they will not work at all.

do the arrows light up on the dashboard?, do you hear the relay clicking?

these are all possible scenerios... your hazards work off a different switch. Check your switch, after verifying your related fuses and bulbs are good

Thanks to all for their replies....Last night I was starting to work on on all the the small things before tackling the combination switch. I started with the fuse panel...and I found a blown fuse. I replaced it with a 10 Amp fuse and the signal lights worked.

Looks like I'll be returning the flasher and 8 bulbs. Thanks again for your help.
