Anyone mount fog lamps on top of bumper?

Anyone mount fog lamps on top of bumper?
I already ordered Sylvania Xenarc HID lamps that I wanted to mount on the bumper of my 2000 4runner Limited. They are about 6 inches wide and 5 inches deep. I was just wondering if anyone has ever done this. Also, is there any specific mounting bracket that I need to buy?
