[Nor-cal] Prairie City this sunday 11/6
*edit AGAIN* i called to find out if they have bbq pits, and tehy yes they do, however they also said that they are closed to the public this weekend... SO, i think the plans have changed to check out Carnigie in tracy instead. i have never been there, but i have heard that its more for dirt bikes then 4wds. the other option is to drive to Frank Raines near Patterson. let me know what you guys want to do. i am open to anything, i just want to get off the pavement.
now that i have new (to me) tires, i want to test them out. i am planning on heading to Prairie City this sunday. i talked to Neil (gapguy) and steve (joke player) and they both said they should make it. i know Neil's going to want to test that e-locker
.... the plans are to meet there at about 930am or so. for those who have never been to Prairie City its a smaller offroad park but does have a ok obsitacal course and mud bog. this would be a GREAT place for newbies to test their trucks, more info here. let me know if anyone else can make it.

yeah rookies are perfect here, there isnt much you can get your self in trouble wiht, and if you do there will be more expirenced people to help. like i said this is a perfect place for first time wheelers (it was for me). i am going just because it close and easy to get to. plus i want to see how these Super Swampers do in the mud

ok the address that first gave me doesnt show up on my gps or on googlemaps. so i called them back and tehy said try 15751 Tesla Rd. Livermore CA. this is their office which is "just down the street" from the park. this does show up on my gps and googlemaps. i just plan on driving around till i find it. i know i will be close enough to find it.

tofer, what idrections are you using to get there? depending on which way you go, there are marked signs... the ranger station is actually only like 1m mile away and you will defiantely see part of the park if you find that address for the station
