I have a 2003 Limited 4Runner and need to replace my rotors and pads (my rotors are warped). From the posts that I have read, the Limited's have smaller rotors than the Sport models, but the pads and caliper's are the same.

Considering both trims have the same size rims (17 inch) is it possible to upgrade the rotors on a Limited (12.6" rotors) to the larger Sport rotors (13.3" rotors)? I've been quoted the same price for both rotors and am wondering if the larger rotors will work on a 2003 Limited 4Runner.

 

You would need to upgrade the calipers I would think or maybe just the caliper brackets to accomate the larger rotor
